Nangarhar Cricket Academy (NCA) beat Kunar by eight wickets in a spectacular T20 match in Kunar province today Friday 28th of October.

Kunar won the toss and elected to bat first. Although Kunar batsmen managed to put a decent score of 172 runs on the board, NCA's batsmen comfortably achieved the target in just 16 overs with the loss of only two wickets.

Kunar's inning witnessed two half-centuries by Pacha Hussain (50) and Adnan (53). Hasti Gul Abed proved the around 4000 huge crowd that he hasn't forgot playing cricket two years after his retirement from the national side. The former all-rounder took 3 wickets giving away just 14 runs.

NCA made little work of the total posted by Kunar as Shaukat Zaman and Afghan international Karim Sadiq batted aggressively, scoring 65 and 63 respectively.

Kunar has recently returned from Pakistan after a successful tour beating Rawalpindy , Rashid Latif Academy and Alipor regional team.

Following Players took part in today's game.

Kunar Squad: Pacha Husain (captain), Kalemullah, Khan Mohammad, Obaidullah Kunari, Hamim, Adnan, Hejran, Kadwal, Israel, Hashimullah and Kashif

NCA squad: Hasti Gul Abed (captain), Shoukat Zaman, Zamir, Karim Sadiq, Naseem Qasab, Pakhton, Fitrat, Aftab Alam, Abdullah Adel, Farid Malik and Naseeb Khan
